4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Shoptra account and navigate to the Order History section.
  2. Select the order and item you wish to return.
  3. Fill out the return request form, specifying the reason for the return.
  4. Await approval and further instructions from our Customer Support team.

Once approved, you will receive a return authorization code and details for shipping the item back to our warehouse.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a Shoptra error (wrong item, defective product, or damaged goods), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is initiated for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color), you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Shoptra recommends using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not liable for items lost during return transit.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
